I'm a driven, adaptive, detail-oriented commercial photographer with over 10 years experience coordinating, capturing, and problem solving large-scale projects.
My area of focus is lifestyle/food photography and the intersection of those two elements with consumer products.
I grew up in Chicago, one floor above my fathers video production studio. I got my first camera when I was 9 years old and I started making stop-motion sequences and editing video when I was 11. With the introduction of the first digital cameras, I began experimenting with long exposure photography and painting with light. The photos I made during that time led to a scholarship at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, where I was able to intern and assist the MAGNUM photographer Alec Soth.
In the decade since, I have worked in the commercial photography world shooting everything from dishwashers and fire sprinklers to dogs and bananas.
Let’s make something!
